These sessions are run directly by COGS and you will need to complete the Online COGS Player Registration Form prior to attending.

REGISTRATION/PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED SESSIONS RUN BY CTCF:

A COGS/CTCF Online Registration Form (above) must be completed prior to your first visit or handed in prior to your first session, if you can’t access the Online Consent Form.  Payment must be made before the session and is paid in increments of £4.  If possible, please pay for more than 1 session in advance.  Payments are made directly into the Crawley Town Community Foundation bank account and must include in the reference the first letter of the session you are attending, with the date of the session.   Please keep a record of the sessions you have attended and paid for.

When you pay for your sessions, please put the date of your session and the code of each session, in the reference.  This is important so your payment can be linked to your attendance.
