Format: Will be a 6-a-side tournament with full Walking Football rules and regulations, officiated by qualified referees. Half of the tournament will be non-competitive to provide an opportunity for teams to get used to playing. We will follow this with a Cup/Plate competition and ensure every team gets plenty of Football.
