Carol Bates was asked to go to Manchester to help the FA & BBC Sport/BBC Get Inspired promote the FA People's Cup.  Interviews with BBC DJ Nick Bright including a Facebook Live event were recorded.

Carol Bates and Amy Fazackerley were asked to attend the EFL Trust 10th Anniversary.  Carol was invited to talk about the COGS as 1 of 4 programmes which were being showcased for the 10th Anniversary Event. Guests included Shaun Harvey and Hayley McQueen, who interviewed Carol.
