The Crawley Old Girls would not be where they are today without these two ladies.   Rachel Pavlou (Pav), FA’s Women’s Football Development National Manager and Nicol (without an ‘e’) Meredith, the EFL Trusts former Female Football Development Officer, have been extremely influential in helping spread the word and work of the COGs.

From EFL Trust meetings to Board Rooms around the Country, Pav and Nicol have championed the COGs wherever they’ve gone.
